This Privacy Notice is intended to inform you about the processing of your personal data when collected, used, stored, and/or transferred by Luminarentix, in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.

2. Personal Data Collected

For the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice, we may collect the following categories of personal data: • Identification data: full name. • Contact data: email address. • Communication data: content of messages sent through our forms. We inform you that we do not collect sensitive personal data (data related to health status, ethnic origin, religious beliefs, union membership, political opinions, sexual preference, or other data that may affect the most intimate sphere of your person).

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as well as to meet legal or regulatory requirements. Once such purposes have been fulfilled and when there is no legal provision requiring its retention, we will proceed to cancel, delete, or block such data in accordance with the internal processes established for this purpose. As a general criterion, contact data provided through forms is retained for a maximum period of 24 months from the last interaction with the data subject.

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose the processing of your personal data (ARCO Rights).
